    I wouldn't use straps at this point in the game. Try to hook or use a mixed grip. You need to drag the bar up your legs. From right below your knee to the top it's not touching you.

    Not the best camera angle for deadlifts. It looks like your shoulders are too far in front of the bar and/or you are not controlling the start of your pull which causes the bar to go forward.

    I would try narrowing your stance a little bit.

    As Mattlifts says, ditch the straps. You aren't doing your grip any favours with them.
