You're shallow by quite a bit, your keeping your head up too much and your elbows are lifted too far (I think you have the bar too low on your back).

I also think that the bar is a little to low on your back and because of that your back angle is horizontal almost like in good morning and you find it difficult to get a proper depth.

Wow and here I thought I wasn't able to get the bar low enough on my back. I really need to work on bar placement and head positioning. I'll continue to look at it, thanks for the replies.
