    A video from 180 degrees from this one would help. Here, you are bouncing off your calves a bit at the bottom as opposed to off your hamstring tension. Keep your knees out over your feet and don't let them drift too far forward.

    Push your knees out hard. Your knees are shooting back and in a little bit after the rebound.

    Is there a specific reason your thumbs are around the bar?
