    I did Texas Method at 51 for about 6 months. Had great success with it. I'm just now approaching those strength levels again. It does take commitment...

    starting strength coach development program
    At age 50 (last year) for the hell of it I did a "squat every day program". My max wasnt really any better or worse it just ended up being a lot of mediocre workouts. But I made it 64 days straight squatting every day..

    I was just curious to see if I could do it and maybe make it 10-15 days before I fell apart. I surprised myself on what you can do if you just get after it..
