Hi guys, this may get moved over to (technique)
Can I please get some feedback on these squats.
I posted earlier in technique with only 1 reply so I
    am taking a shot here.
Trying to make another run at LP after a 1.5 year
    layoff.
I bombed a set of squats a couple weeks ago and fucked up back ( lower left ) and my left knee is screaming too.
I have tried to create a hyper link with no luck.... any direction / help there would be appreciated too.
You may have to cut and paste this link.
Thanks in advance to all !!!

Can't see much from side view, except that you need some time with a TUBOW - Knees going way too far forward. Can't tell foot position, bar position (my guess - too high), or how your knees are doing laterally.

Your safeties are way too low. If your safeties are just below the bottom of the bar path, if/when you bomb out, you can lay the bar down with no pain.

    Thanks Fiddler,
I have a bit of a long torso, hence bar looks high,
Am I leading with my chest at 2/3 of ascent?
    I will work with TUBOW.

    Rimack,

We could give better advice with a view from the rear quarter angle. You'd have to face the wall for a set, it looks like from your rack arrangement. We obviously can't see the bar position and could take your word for it, but these look like high bar squats (very upright torso, knees travel further forward).
