Nothing. Ignoring Shug is one of the first things you learn around here.
I do four minutes on Press (don't bench, but I'd do the same for that) and seven minutes on Squats and deadlifts.
The reason a lot of folks get away with less rest after their LP is because you basically will never be as close to true failure on every set as you are during the latter parts of your LP.

Shug, I didnt realize how SERIOUS anybody could be until I read your log. And I learned from it! I learned that each session should be accompanied by some badass music with a driving beat. Then I went looking, and found that YOU actually can deliver that music along with weightlifting advice.
