    PCs are fun, I miss them. But I did tend to tweak my elbows and wrists with them. I use lighter deadlifts and chinups on my not-deadlifting days.

    Focus on form. Video yourself. Go to a seminar or SSC.

    I'm also a fan of micro loading. (some lifts require this sooner than others).

    I'm also not too proud to reset to correct form problems.

    Get a workout partner to "provide feedback".
