Benching with Widespread Panic and Moe. One tune from each should take me through the whole night.

The Coop went heavy on Dragontown also.

Yeah, always go back to brutal planet, I get really fired up. Couple of songs on eyes of Alice work for the same reason. Nothing on paranormal like that though :-(

Thorazine Shuffle - Mule - Presses. Top set at 175x3 with some left in the tank. TunezZ are critical to LiftsS.

I have to have The Black Eyed Peas "Pump it!" to do Deadlifts. Pretty loud.
Otherwise I have a diverse playlist on my iPod that shows my age, pretty well.

Bruce Springsteen - Glory Days. Brian Adams - 18 till I die. Duran Duran - Hungry like a wolf. Dire Straits - Solid Rock. John Mellencamp - Paper in Fire. Shakira - Hips don't lie. Saad Alsagher - El Enab. Bob Seger - Katmandu, and Feel Like a Number. Verve remix of Sarah Vaughn's Lola.
