Default Hobbies and pastimes for strong geezers

I thought it would be interesting to collect a list of things us geezers can do for fun with our increasing levels of strength. Sports are an obvious thing, hobbies more elusive.
Here, for starters, is what I'm doing in two weeks. I've enrolled in a week long course in timber framing at Rocky Mountain Workshops - Timber Framing & Handcrafted Buildings in Colorado
We will hand cut "mortise and tenons" in large wooden beams, assemble them with pegs into massive frames called "bents", stand the bents up like Quakers and connect them with "girts" and other hand cut members until we have the exoskeleton of a building made with nothing but hand tools and hard work. I think this is a great hobby for a sturdy old boy.
    What others are out there?

Very cool old school stuff. Geezer worthy pursuits.

As for me, it has kept me viable for teaching Jujitsu for self defense for the rising generations, as well as paddling my kayak, and riding my Harley.

You should join the timber framing class. Not so much for the dancing, but I can see axe and knife throwing happening!

Kayaking (Hobie Revo 13 & Hobie Oasis tandem) These are pedal kayaks, so hands free for photography, and quiet.
    Photography, mostly birds / scenery.
