Deadlift form check
Hey guys, I am getting ready to start week 4 of lp and I am hoping I can get a form check on my deadlift before adding more weight. I am particularly wondering if my back is staying set properly. Here is a video of my last deadlift session lifting 310 lbs. ( started lp at 210 and have l4 l5 disk herniation that worries me but so far I feel good)

Your back is held perfectly flat for all of those reps. Not sure if you might be a little too far in front of the bar with this particular camera angle. Whatever the case, your back is solid. Proceed with confidence.
