Bodybuilding is the lamest shit in the world, but kudos for wanting to stay natural.

I started off by pointing out how ridiculous some people were for arguing over semantics regarding bodybuilding. I don't have a good perception of body fat levels because I've never gotten mine checked. I do however know that most people under-estimate how much body fat they are actually carrying. The figure I used was meaningless, but I thought someone with perception would understand what I meant. In other words, if a person's goals are to be a bodybuilder, gaining 60-70 pounds in a few months probably isn't the best approach, unless you want to spend many more months dieting. Arguing over the validity of bodybuilding is meaningless. I think bodybuilding is in many ways quite ridiculous, but to each his own.
I did well under SS, but, all things being equal, massive weight gain may not be the best approach if you're after a physique that consists of less than 10% body fat, which is what the OP is after.
