    I don't know if anyone saw this, but Bret Contreras and Jon Fass have a lengthy discussion about Rip's latest T-Nation article. They were...unhappy about it. Good luck getting through all of it.

    Can't squat 400, can't bench 300.... good to see he can deadlift 562, though. At least we didn't get stuck with Ben Bruno as well.

    That's him. I might advocate the same if I can "train" a bunch of models (that I'm screwing)... I'd have much higher numbers on the bench/squat/deadlift though

    Those lifts aren't too bad though. He did them beltless too. Now the way I see it, it is his fault if he lifts less not using basic gear, but at higher 5's DL isn't all that bad. He probably blew all his energy on the monster curl. ;-)
