This might be a stupid question, but should I use my top-set (i.e 5-rep numbers) or my true 1 RM?

Use the heaviest weights that you've actually lifted.

My current numbers are a 445 squat, 225 bench (paused close-grip), 520 deadlift, and 180 press. Should be going for new 1RMs on the press and deadlift in the near future.

Adam, have you offered this app up to Rip and Stef, as something to be added to the site? Seems like it might be a fun thing they would be into.

Deadlifted 515 today. Put it on the board. It was smooth enough that I felt like I had more in me, but not after pulling 515. I like picking up heavy things...
