    New member (hello), 10 months into lifting (power lifting style, not totally new to weights). Added all my measly lifts; 285 squat 265 bench 375 dead 165 press. Looked at all your numbers.. I got my poverty squat shame reinforced, so thanks. Really need to learn how to squat.

    Welcome Daniel! Just remember, everyone had "poverty" numbers at some point. Doing worry about the absolute value of your numbers, just that the numbers are increasing!

    New PRs for everything! 275 squat, 155 bench, and 315 deadlift at 135 bodyweight

    Updated PR's from the strength lifting meet. Got loose on the Squat and made it a true max effort grinder so it really seemed to hurt my Press and deadlift. Will have to do better next time.

    Did 475 squat and 529 deadlift at an IPF meet which are 10 and 5 pound PR's for me respectively. Videos in my log
