Can you be more specific about the injury?
My rehab from a shoulder injury means I can't bench or do pushups for the next month. Is there anything I can do to still work my pectorals without putting strain on my shoulder? (I'm able to row, which is something, but I was hoping for something more targeted than that.) Thanks much for your suggestions.

Anterior shoulder pain when benching or doing push-ups. No problems when on a rowing machine.
I'm a big fan of pullovers. Basically, same as ltes
