So, MRI results came back with a torn labrum. Seeing a specialist to see about getting it scoped.
In the meantime, only being able to deadlift and no squatting is resulting in my legs and ass shrinking at an alarming rate. The sled work is helping some, but my quads always burn out before dat azz does. My last sled workout was 20 yards with 8 plates, full recovery for 3, then 6 plates for 1 and I wanted to die a little bit.
In general, I can't squat, clean, snatch, or leg press. I can rack pull, RDL, deadlift, and sled. No SNDLs. No deficits.
Anyone have any thoughts on those terrible barbell hip thrusters people do? Basically anything that makes the adductor muscle contract hard pisses off the hip.
God this is terrible...but it's better than nothing.
