I'm squatting once a week at the moment so expecting some slow gainzzzz. Did 180kg 3x5 yesterday, so a 7.5kg decrease since I started this thread in Feb. Astonishing rate of progression!

Nice work Kregna! I managed 405x3x5 last night, so we are pretty close. My progress is pretty slow as well at this point. I'm beginning to think that it's taking me more than a weeks duration to recover completely.
I want you guys to see what an Asshole Kregna is, we all know that it's bad form to hijack another member's training log.

LOL agreed. The 2 guys who got the 500 probably took the kilos from our squats. It's a trap!
Thanks BGish. I actually had you in mind as one of the people who got the 500... getting you mixed up. I hadn't squatted in 10 days before yesterday and still managed a 2.5kg increase without problem. I've found accidentally that a lot of time between squat sessions seems to help (like a week)
