    Hi all,

I've been going to the gym for the past 6 months or so and was doing Stronglifts 5x5, I have recently gotten into SS. When I started SS I was already squatting, benching, pressing and deadlifting as part of my training and thought I'd just drop the weight a little bit, i.e Deads from 125kg to 100kg, Squats from 70kg to 50kg and start making progress, I upped my calories for a bulk to 3300kal and have been this way for about 8 weeks or so. I have noticed that bar speed on my squat in particular is getting slower and my OHp has stalled completely. Should I do a massive reset right back to square 1 as if I have never been in a gym before or continue on as I am and just reset my squat when I need to and reset my OHP now?

    Cheers.

Age/weight/weight jumps between workouts/warm-up progression/minutes of rest between sets?

In the meantime, don't reset to square one. That would be a complete waste of your time.
