I think that's when the gains run out and you don't make any changes your program, just keep lifting the same weights over and over. 5/3/1 FOREVAR!!1!

Reading the exerts, it seems like Wendler's version of 'Mean Old Mr. Gravity".

Again, that is just based on the exerts.

If this book pisses off Shug, I know I'll like it.

I think if you've got Beyond 531, that's about all you need in the 531 realm.

I'm going to write an ebook called 6/4/2. It'll sell millions.

Then Beyond 6/4/2, followed by 6/4/2 Forever. Then you can switch the program to 8/5/3, repeat the process.

I think I remember reading somewhere around here that 8's drive 5's which drive 3's. I think 8/5/3 would sell better than 6/4/2, but you have to think long-term sales :P

No anger here. He's actually a genius if he can keep selling a different version of the same thing.

The theme of the new book is that you should continue to make little changes in the way you train without abandoning the core prinicipals.

I think this is to keep you psychologically motivated.

So it should be just a one sentence book?

I suspect its just vanilla 5/3/1 except it has no fives, triples, or singles. 5/3/1 is now a joke it has gone from a program to everything and anything.

In good news I only got sucked into; 5/3/1 2nd edition and Beyond 5/3/1.
