Thanks. I try and keep it good 6 days a week, and on Sunday just eat whatever, and this seems to work for me. Even on my cheat day numbers stay fairly low.

I think barbell training is one of the best things you can do for insulin sensitivity.. mine has improved tremendously since I started SS.
