I ate some more and feel a little better today. Of course I have to commission a generator which involves carrying 4 130 lb batteries up 2 flights of stairs LOL.
Those farmers walks may preclude deadlift today LMAO

I think I have it sorted out.. had to set up training with DL on Sunday (always) H,M,L Squats (Sun Tues Thurs) and making my weight jumps on Sunday and just trying to keep that gain going the other 2 days on the upper body stuff.
