I'd like to squat during recovery for a dislocated shoulder and torn labrum. Before I shell out for a new bar, Does anybody here have a Rogue SSB, SB-1, that's gathering dust and want to pass it along ? Or anybody who would be willing to loan/rent yours away for a time?

I'm in the Seattle WA area and am open to offers and ideas.

    Black Widow Safety Squat Bar

Negotiate down a bit. Retail price is $299, so maybe $150 is a good number. You should be able to re-sell it later with little, if any drop in value.

Thanks! This would be excellent.. I've gotten in touch with that seller. Coulda sworn I looked for Safety Squat Bars on Craigslist, but maybe just the Rogue.

Check amazon for a Titan SSB. I picked mine up for $145 shipped.

I hate to burst your bubble, but the Titan isn't a true SSB. The handle/yoke area of the Titan matches the angle of the camber, it is supposed to be offset.

That one sold before I could buy it. I'm still looking.

Well, not that big of a deal for me. I only bought it so my 70 year old father-in-law can squat. He can't get his shoulders anywhere close to even a high bar squat position.

What kind of SSB do you have, Shug? I've been looking for a while.

I have an older Elite FTS SSB (Yoke Bar) which I prefer over the newer model. The padding is just too big on the newer model. (IMO)
The SSB is a great training tool, good luck with your search.
