    And this was dumb (I know not the authors study)

    The endurance training was performed directly before the strength training (lifting started 10 minutes after the endurance training session finished).
    Well no fucking shit ya don't say !

    I know no one who does their HIIT/Cardio/Liss BEFORE their weights. And most not even on the same day.

    There is ton of broscience article on the interwebbs regarding this / its almost instinctive do to your weight training first while energy is high.

    So we/they are just wasting time reviewing a shit study.

    The Volume Study is comical.

    Pitted the "German Volume Training" 10x10 against 5x10.

    Took so many 19 y.o. males with a whole ONE YEAR of training experience, and they did 5x10 or 10x10 with 80% of the 1RM.

    80% with/ 10s x 10r. . . . with only 1 year experience.
