Well no fucking shit ya don't say !The endurance training was performed directly before the strength training (lifting started 10 minutes after the endurance training session finished).
I know no one who does their HIIT/Cardio/Liss BEFORE their weights. And most not even on the same day.
There is ton of broscience article on the interwebbs regarding this / its almost instinctive do to your weight training first while energy is high.
So we/they are just wasting time reviewing a shit study.
