    Only if you sumo under 400lb, or you just generally enjoy that sort of thing.

    Contrary to what people say, no there is no way to avoid this.

    Because the spine is more upright in a sumo position and the pectorals are more visible to bystanders this puts you in what's referred to as the "ass consumption" position.

    Basically this is a consensual signal to creatures nearby (men, women, birds, fish, etc), giving them carte blanche to perform a kind of docking phenomenon between their rear and your head. The byproduct of this is that since you'll need to breath, you ingest some of the "ass."

    So yes, anyone who pulls sumo will always, willingly or otherwise, eat butt.
