When I was squatting today; I felt this pain below knee and its depicted down below. So how do I manage and heal the pain? And also am I supposed to stop doing squats? Everytime I ascend from the hole (my knee's really act up). I tried looking as to what knee injury it is and it turns out to be Osgood schlatters disease (but I hardly doubt that since I'm 23).

    Helps Appreciated, thanks .

I'll post one tomorrow. I'll probably do a 3RM of my normal squats after I do Pause Squats for 3 sets of 6.

My guess is you're overloading the knees by not sitting back or your knees are shifting forward on the way up due to a weak back. If your back is weak it will be hard to maintain back angle and your body will shift creating a more upright back angle thus throwing the knees forward.

This is how patellar tendons go bye bye.
