The Coaching Eye

The development of the "coaching eye"– the observational and analytical skills necessary to evaluate athletic performance – is a essential part of becoming an effective coach.  This presentation discusses the interaction of experience from multiple sources that combine to build this critical ability. Presented at the Starting Strength Coaches Association Conference October 2012.
