Starting Strength Seminars

Starting Strength Seminars teach the Starting Strength Method as an intensive, three day course for lifters and coaches. This 25 contact hour course covers the physiology, biomechanics, and execution of the 5 basic barbell exercises all five of the basic barbell lifts and their programming.
