Matt Reynolds

Matt Reynolds has 18 years of experience competing in the sports of powerlifting & strongman and coaching barbell-based strength and conditioning. He first totaled “elite” in powerlifting in 2004, and has best meet lifts of 600 squat, 455 bench press, and a 715 deadlift (all raw). He won his professional status in the sport of Strongman in 2006. He earned a Masters in Education from William Woods University, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, is an adjunct professor in Exercise Science at Bryan University, and has served as staff coach for Starting Strength Seminars since 2010.
