During one of the roundtable interviews, you mentioned have success training military types by squatting on M & F and DL on W. I've been following this type of program for the last 3 months with some good success but I've ommitted power cleans.

Should I add them in? When do you recommend?

    Extra details below...

Not sure it matters, but my conditioning is 3-4 times a week. Usually 2 short (10-12 min) sessions and 1 run (2-3 miles) a week. Normally the conditioning is follows my lifting, but occasionally its on an off day. My diet is pretty strict (no sugar, only clean carb sources) since waist measurment is a key component or our AFPT, but I don't think it's getting in the way of progress.

    33 y/o, 235 lb, 36 in waist
    Lifts (3X5):
    Bench:240 Squat: 310 DL: 320X5 Press: 155

In John Shaefer's Greyskull Linear Progression program, he recommends Squats on Mon and Fri with deadlifts Wednesday, and says that powercleans can be used as a warmup for deadlifts, generally as singles. I haven't tried it personally though.
