Question about staggering the volume days.

Example

Squat 5X5 stress day on Monday... then light... then PR on Friday.
While Bench/Press volume starts on Wed or Friday and then light then PR say on Mon.
Deads and powercleans alternated as usual

I find that the press and squat interact with one another more than the squat and bench. So, I would be more inclined to stagger press/squat volume than squat/bench.

It seems this could be a modification to keep the volume moved by the upper or lower body high while reducing systematic stress on a given day.

However, the volume is spread over the entire week which could impede comprehensive recovery.

What is your experience?
