I'm Mike the epidural guy. 54 years old, 205(ish) pounds, bad back, pulled 540 last Friday, etc., etc., etc.

Anyway here's what I did last night.

    and finally.....

Add 'em up, that's 550 pounds.

Tried posting this with embedded video a couple of hours ago, but when I thought I hit the Submit New Thread button, I must have hit the Lose Everything And Quit button. Maybe that post will pop up later and be redundant.

And major thanks to SQUAT_360 who, through no fault of his own, inspired me to take a bigger weight than last week when I was instead planning for this week to be a deload.

You aren't saying that you weigh 105(ish) are you?

Okay, kidding (unless that IS what you meant), thanks. Now, go deadlift.

    Thanks SQUAT_360.

As for weak (LOL or not) no way because, until more old guys post, it looks to me that you, Derf123 and myself own the floor at this Masters event!

Yikes, that's impressive Mike. I'm 49, ~95kg (209 lbs), best raw DL 237.5kg (524 lbs) three months ago.

What is this, world's strongest grand father convention?

My 450 pull was without belt, if that makes it even a slight bit more impressive.
