I did a search and didn't come up with much so forgive me if this has already been answered. Will daily walking interfere with progress? I usually walk about 1.5 miles a day at a brisk pace, nothing to taxing for heart health and to help with anxiety.

No; walking is more than fine, will probably help you recover.

    3sweeties:

Thanks for posting this. For the first time in like a zillion years, today I did a 30 minute walk after squats. Almost forgot that my feet are also designed to move. Walking could become a daily habit...............
