Do your recommendations (which depend on the goal, of course) change much if someone can afford things like Grass fed milk, beef, butter and these things make up a big part of someone's diet?

I spend a chunk of change on this stuff, and I'm completely addicted to my whole non homogenized grass fed milk. It tastes so damn good...

I'm turning 50 and have a bit of atherosclerosis so I guess my goal is to be as strong as I can while without making it an unhealthy obsession. So, for example, for a guy like me, would your recommendations on milk consumption change depending on having access to the good stuff... Or does it really make a difference because other things are so much more important?

Thanks, lots of good advice in here and some good humor too.

    Wayne.

I'm a huge fan of food quality and would definitely prefer if my clients would have access/could afford the good stuff especially if trying to alleviate certain inflammatory conditions (like atherosclerosis). On the other hand, I've had people make really excellent progress without eating any vegetables and getting most of their carbs from ice cream sandwiches.

For you, yes, I would be a little more stringent on my recommendations even though I know there are other much more important things overall. I'm no different than you, the high quality stuff makes me feel better regardless of it's utility (which I question).

Depends on whether you clean and jerked beforehand.
