    Great forum Jordan.

Due to family/work, I have to get up at 4:00 & hit the gym at 4:30. My morning nutrition is a pre-workout shake with water, 2 scoops protein powder, 1 scoop oats.

I have the same when I get to the office.

Any suggestions for change, or is this reasonable?

Depending on your size and overall macros, I might do a touch more oats (0.5-1 serving more). You could also think about adding instant coffee to this, mct oil, and sipping on bcaa's during your workout too. Looks really good to me though overall.

Will do. I actually also have a 5-hour energy & 2mg of fishoil before.

Very similar to me, though I switched from oats/whey to bananas/whey recently for a change, along with the coffee and fish oil.
