    If you are having recovery problems from all the heavy squats, deadlifts and presses, you might want to try some of these simple body-weight exercises to give yourself a little break.

    Watching that was break enough for me. Gymnastic feats aside, he uses his arms beautifully. Better than many male ballet dancers. Same with his feet, he must have some excellent dance training. There's something pretty hot about a man who is that butch and that graceful all at once.
