In the grand scheme of things I like 2-3 high carb days per week and the rest low carb days. If you're already doing 3 high carb days per week then conditioning on your off day will be a low carb day, which is fine.
Hey, got a quick one for you, I've been going 225 p 375 CHO 65 F with half GOMAD on training days and 235 p 250 CHO 75 F w/ half GOMAD on off days. Ive been doing conditioning a couple times a week and I was wondering if I should be eating high Carb or low Carb on the conditioning days? I'm using conditioning for BF maintenance.

What resource do you use for nutritional info? I've been using nutritiondata.self.com. Do you count fiber in your total Carb intake??
I use this and yes I count fiber, it yields calories.
