    I have a crapload of whey leftover from cheesemaking. How should I prep it for consumption?

    The whey is still in liquid form. I was thinking of just adding it to my recovery shakes. I have no idea how to process it to powder form.

    I used leftover whey to make bread and it was the best bread I've ever had!

    starting strength coach development program
    My parents are telling me I should drink it if I want protein but I am a little hesitant. The logic they are using is that farmers feed it to animals because it makes them grow more rapidly and larger but I think it could be because it has lots of calories or its all carbs or something...
