    Jordan,

I have started stalling on almost every lift in the past week.

    Stalled lifts/weights
    Sq 295
    Bench 190
    Press 125

    Other lifts
    Deadlift 325
    PC 105- just started these

I'm 5'7" and ~185lbs BF unknown but my 32" waist pants are loose.

I wrote in my log that I haven't significantly changed my diet/rest so I am not sure why I am stalling all of the sudden. Then it occured to me, maybe that is the problem? I need to up my calories? I just dont know what to add or when.

Current intake on a workout day:

9am protein shake- 2c egg whites, 1 banana 1/2c oats, peanutbutter
12pm 1/2lb ground beef 1 sweet potato 1c whole milk
4pm (post workout) 2 scoops whey, 1c greek yogurt, 1c blueberries, a bit of milk
7pm 1/2lb chicken brown rice or quinoa
10pm 12oz fish and some vegtables and handful or two of cashews

Supplements- 2 Fishoil caps per meal, Creatine, and BCAA

According to myplate on livestrong website that comes out to about 3k calories and 280g protein. Should I start gradually adding a bit more milk to up my calories or is there a better way? Is it a logical conclusion that calorie intake even the problem?

What program are you doing and how old are you?

Your protein is more than high enough, I'd probably bump your carbs and fat up in small increments and change the programming to provide enough stimulus and adaptation to occur.

    Thanks for the quick resposne.

27y/o on SS. I just switched to Advanced Novice this week (squat 80% of Monday's weight on Wed for 3x5).

The weights seem to low to me to switch to TM yet which is why I thought it may be diet related.

Current weights being used do not determine level of advancement, but I think Advanced Novice was a good move. I'd cut protein down to 225-250g and then add 50g of carbs, 10g of fat to the equation.

    Thanks for the feedback.

I understand what you're saying about weights vs. level of advancement I was just hoping to get more out of LP. Hopefully I can get another week or more out of switching to advance novice and making the suggested dietary changes.
