Been doing SS since 12/3, and am getting stronger and have gained about 10 pounds, but pants are looser.
I haven't addressed my diet at all. I'm probably 30% body fat. In a prior post, this was stated:
"I've talked about this numerous times on this forum before but here's what I'd do in your situation:
-1-2 sessions of HIIT per week
-Eat ~50g of lean protein (8egg whites- 8oz of meat) 4-5x per day
- eat 2 servings of starchy carbs pre and post workout in your meals
-eat veggies at all other meals
That's what I'd do. It sounds like you're getting back to a good place though."
Is this a good template for guys carrying around extra weight but wanting to get stronger and lose body fat?
