Hey Jordan, noticed the usda site is down? Sucks ass.

Anyways, going to a four day split now because I can't keep compliance with the longer workouts of the three day full body routine. So I'm messing with macros and wanted your opinion. Should be seeing slower progress so I figure less food. Here's what it looks like: NO GOMAD or milk at all
    225g P 300 G CHO 100g F on all days except:
160g P 480g CHO 72g F on Wednesdays and Sundays (my only off days)

What do you weigh, how tall are you, and how old are you? Also, how are you training 5x a week on the split routine. IIRC it's 4x a week, right? Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday....

Sorry dude, I spend 30s trying to search for the most recent thread and gave up.

I like the 225/300/100 for a starting point, but the two other days are just whacky with the protein and carbs. If you're wanting them to be a carb up day they should a) preferably be on training days and b) be something like 200/450/90 so you get a nice bump in calories too.

It was totally my bad, you're busy and doing all of us a favor I should've been more considerate.
That was my intention was to use them as refeeds, so I will move them to Monday and Thursday then and do that. I'm really looking forward to not slamming milk all the time. Ha. Thanks again
