    Jordan,

What are your thoughts on using Casein Protein powder versus Whey for bedtime protein intake? Is the Casein better due to the slower release rate? What would you recommended?

    Thanks

It doesn't matter at all. I stick with whey because if I buy anymore protein I'm gonna turn into an amino acid. Take either one you like or both but don't be delusioned that ones any better at a specific time than the other.

Isn't it just wild how experts who hype things are so often in some way financially connected to those things?

Casein is useful on a diet because of satiety. But in a way I agree with Jordanrotein powder is food. Just take a brazilian fuckload of it and you'll be fine

I know. I need something proprietary to sell. Any ideas?

Is casein more satiating than WPI or WPC?

I'm pretty sure it is, whey being digested super fast and casein taking quite a while.

Both spike plasma amino acids within 20 minutes of ingestion and whey keeps plasma amino acids spiked longer, IIRC. Not sure either of them are particularly satiating is what I was getting at.

They reach the blood at the same time but you got it wrong on the second part.
