    You know Dan, we talk a lot on this site about how advanced programs for truly advanced lifters will only hamper and slow down progress for a Novice who hasn't yet reached that level of training advancement. THIS is one of those programs.

    Yeah, I figured it might be a little ambitious, but something to shoot for once I get my squat over 500.

    Those captions were hilarious.

    "Bench Press," when there isn't a bench in sight, and he is clearly hanging from the bar and couldn't press it if he wanted to.
