    Default Regulating fat intake

    After keeping up with your forum since you started, I see you recommending people adding/subtracting a few grams of fat here and there to get the right results. My question is this...how easily can you know your actual fat intake? I do lot of bulk cooking with big chunks of meat. I try to trim it as best I can, but I'm sure there is still a wide margin of error when trying to assess fat.

    There is, of course. Basically as long as you use the same way to measure/track/weigh then when you subtract some you'll remove some fat from the equation and it will all wash out in the end.
