Hello, i hope this is the right place to post this.
Here is a quick background on me
Started SS 2 months ago at a bodyweight of 170 lbs
squat 135x5
DL 165x5
BP 85x5
2 months later
Bodyweight 205 lbs
Squat 235x5
DL 255x5
BP 135x5.
The past 2 months i have been eating anything and everything to up my lifts.This is all great, but i need to get my bodyfat under control as it has risen too far above 20%. The simple solution to this would be to eat less, but the problem is i would like to continue my linear progression and im afraid eating less will hinder my training. What should i do to ensure strength gains while minimizing or even losing my excess fat? Thanks in advance
