    I now have squat shoes and just ordered a new belt that is 4in all the way around. In the videos I have neither lol. I would appreciate any feedback. Trying to improve form and make it the best I can!

    Squats look decent, if a little inconsistent. Shoes will help a lot with that. The camera has been carefully placed so that the plates almost completely obscure you. Make sure to drive with the hips all the way to the top.

    For your deadlifts, put yourself in better extension and get your hips higher. Go through the steps to set up the deads every time. Look up "Deadlift Perfect Every Time" on these boards. I have probably linked to it dozens of times.
