    Your 300 was about 1.5" high.

    Your bar placement on the 300 is low.

    Aside from that, I can only give generalities because of the angle / quality / # reps on your video. Please read the sticky on filming form checks in the technique forum.

    Generally, on the 295 squats, you are collapsing into the hole. This is probably because you are in part relaxing a little bit to get to depth, most likely due to your toes not being turned out far enough, and thus you are not getting your knees out. Also, see some of the squat threads in this forum where we talk about knee travel / motion at the bottom fo the squat and then watch your 295 video again.

    Thanks, Steve. I'll post better videos when I have them. I'm aware of the knee movement problem, but haven't been able to correct it. And I think I sometimes lose the Valsalva at the bottom, which may be partly responsible for the collapse you see. But I'll turn the toes out more and keep hammering the knees-out cue.
