Another Squat Form Check
I took the advice to film myself at my tired 3rd set worst and wound up with this.
Weight is 140kg / 309lb.

My main concern after looking at that is my hands. My wrists look to be rotating under the bar to take some of the load notably on the fifth rep when I'm really struggling. Is this something that I should be fixing through bar position?
Any other notes?

You are doing a high bar squat. Is that your intention?
