Apologies for the crappy vids. I've been getting bilateral knee pain right above my patella and into my lower quads every time I get my squat 280+. I end up having to take a week or two off from squatting, deload and start again. This is the 2nd time it's happened, so I made these vids with the hope that the angle might show what's going on. Knees going forward at the bottom?

No history of serious knee injuries, BTW. They're the one part of my body that have endured my athletic history without much trouble.

    Any other commentary is appreciated.

I'd love to see a video from the front to see what your knees are doing in that plane, your stance, etc., but I do detect some excessive knee drift anteriorly as you descend into the bottom. Force them out harder and perhaps warming up with TUBOW is a good option.

Also, I'd invest in some knee sleeves just to keep the suckers warm and offer some tactile awareness of what they're doing in space. Tommy konos are okay (9mm, warm, cheap-ish) but they rip rather easily and are illegal in certain federations (USAPL). Rehband classics (7mm, blue) are the standard, but are more expensive.
