    Hi Coaches!

I have read the book and tried to incorporate the techniques as described.
I was doing a max-day, filmed some reps and my max-lifts. Hope that some of you guys could give me some pointers.

There are a lot of videos here. I watched your squats, but not the others. My general comments are that you provided us a warmup set and a heavy single. That doesn't do us a lot of good. We want to see a heavy set of five. The reasons for this have been elaborated on these forums and in the blue book. At too light of weights, you don't behave the way you do in a work set. At limit singles, form will break down and we can't tell if that is a bad habit, or just a function of the weight. So, fives, please. Fewer videos, too. Pick one lift. One video with one set of five with no fucking around at the beginning or the end, like is mentioned here.

As for your squats, your knees are traveling too far forward, you are looking up, and leading with your chest. Do you by chance have the book?
