DL Form Check
If you would check out my deadlift form and let me know how I'm doing regarding form, I'd greatly appreciate it. 305x5. 41yo, 6'3", 205lbs.

The only thing substantially wrong with these is that you're dropping your hips right before you pull. You can see the bar roll forward, and in later reps you can see your knees peek out in front of your elbows, indicating that the knees are going forward, which means that the hips are dropping down. You can see the result when you pull - your hips are in motion back into the position they need to be to pull the bar off the ground before the bar will start to move.
Keep your hips up.
